Get to know the details before you celebrate at Foos Studio.
How many hours are included in my rental?
Each package includes a four-hour event. Because we host only one event per day, you may access the venue earlier on your event day for setup at no extra charge. You also have one hour after your event for cleanup.
Is decorating and setup time included?
Yes. You may come in at any time on your event day to decorate and set up before your event, at no additional cost. Setup access is separate from your four-hour event time.
Who sets up and takes down the tables and chairs?
Our crew handles table and chair setup and takedown. Hosts are responsible for removing their trash, decorations, and personal items.
What do I need to clean up before leaving?
Remove all trash and decorations and return the space to the condition you found it in. Leave the tables and chairs for our crew to take down. Your rental includes one hour after the event for cleanup.
Can I bring my own food, caterer, and vendors?
Yes. Foos Studio provides the venue; you arrange your food, catering, and other event services. You are welcome to bring your own caterer and vendors.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. If you serve alcohol, you must have a licensed bartender. The host is responsible for their guests.
What are the decoration rules?
No tape, lit candles, confetti, or glitter. Please do not attach decorations to the walls; use freestanding backdrops and displays instead. Magnetic ceiling hooks are available for hanging decorations. The ceiling height is 8 feet.
What payment holds my date, and when is the balance due?
A payment of 50% of your selected package is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Request packages and pricing through our inquiry form.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancel at least two weeks before your event to receive a refund. Rescheduling or a credit is also available; contact us to arrange it.
How do guests reach Suite 201, and where can they park?
Suite 201 can be reached by stairs. An elevator at the other end of the office park is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is plenty of parking throughout the office park. Please plan arrivals and departures around the elevator hours if your guests need elevator access.
